Cancellation and RefundsCancellations must be made in writing via email. If you cancel after the deposit has been made, the deposit is non-refundable. Refunds are not provided for completed work

AmendmentsThese terms and conditions may be amended at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

LiabilityKG Digital Designs is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.

TerminationKG Digital Designs reserves the right to terminate a project if the client fails to adhere to these terms or if communication breaks down. Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

ContractA signed contract is required before any work begins. The contract will detail the scope of work, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms.

ConfidentialityAll client information and project details are kept confidential. Any materials provided by the client will not be shared or used beyond the scope of the project.

Intellectual PropertyUpon full payment, the client will own the rights to the final designs. Karla Graphix retains the right to use the designs in a portfolio or for marketing purposes.

Revisionseach project includes THREE (3) rounds of revisions unless stated otherwise in the contract. Additional revisions will incur an extra charge.

Late Deposit PaymentIf the initial deposit is not received within 5 business days, the project will be delayed or potentially canceled. A new start date will be determined based on availability, and a late payment fee of 20% the total cost of the service may be applied.

Pause FeeIf a project is paused for more than 14 days due to client delay, a pause fee of 25% the total cost of the service will be applied. The project may also be rescheduled based on availability.

File TransferAll files are transferred via Filemail for security and ease of access. It is the client's responsibility to download and back up the files within the time frame provided, this is usually 14-30 days. Any requests to have a file resent after 30 days will be at an additional cost.

Payment and Payment PoliciesAt least a 50% deposit or full payment (for smaller projects) is required to begin the design process. The remaining balance must be cleared before the final project can be sent Payments are accepted through Direct Deposits and third-party links such as Fygaro. If the deposit is not received within 5 business days of the contract being signed, the project will be placed on hold. To resume, an additional charge will be required.

CommunicationAll communications are conducted via email or the client portal. This ensures a clear and documented communication trail. No consultation calls will be held due to the nature of my 9-5.

ServicesKG Digital Designs offers a variety of web and graphic design services, including but not limited to website design, logo design, social media deliverables, and marketing materials. The scope of each project will be defined in the contract before the commencement of work.

How to Book?To book a graphic design service, clients must order via the service page on our website, all web design services must be requested via the inquiry form. Once your request is received, you will receive a quote/invoice and a contract outlining the project details.

Do I need an account before booking a web design?No, an account is not required before booking. This is because we design the website and transfer it to you once the project is complete.

What information should I have ready before booking a web design?Logo Files (transparent background) High quality, professional photos. (Stock photos can be used for an additional fee) Names for page tabs (About, FAQ, Tips, etc) Typed out content for each page, emailed in a Word document. For E-Commerce websites, please provide product names, imaging, product descriptions, and pricing.
